Finance leasing means that your monthly payments during the lease period will cover the full value of the vehicle and at the end of the lease period you will become its owner.
Operating leasing
The car is made available to use for a fixed period of time, during which you will only need to pay the amortization (wear-and-tear) value of the car, hence the monthly payments will be smaller than in finance leasing. Operating leasing is a good choice if: you want to drive a brand new or a relatively new car and at the end of the lease period, you plan to buy a new car and you don't want to deal with selling the old one." At the end of the contract, the car cannot be older than 15 years. Loan period is up to 7 years (84 months) for finance leasing and up to 5 years (60 months) for operating leasing.
