You can pay with your smart device all over the world wherever you see the contactless payment symbol contactless and Mastercard cards are accepted.

All Mastercard contactless cards issued by Swedbank can be used for payments with smart devices.

All smart device payment services meet Mastercard’s security requirements. They use card industry-standard tokenization to keep every transaction private.

The digitized copy of the real card cannot be used outside of that device, and no real card credentials are stored on the phone or other device.

Also, all payment providers require you to use a PIN code for an added layer of protection.

Purchases, just like all card purchases, are covered by your bank’s protection against fraud, so you can shop stress-free.

You are free to decide to stop using the service at any moment by deleting the wallet option either in our Swedbank mobile app or in any of the smart device apps you use.

What is needed to start using Garmin Pay service?

  1. Garmin smartwatch supporting contactless payment functionality.
  2. Swedbank Mastercard cards with contactless functionality switched ON.
  3. Being a user of Swedbank. Internet Banking and Swedbank mobile app.
  4. „Garmin Connect” mobile app installed and synchronized with your watch, and Swedbank Mastercard contactless card registered in the Garmin app’s wallet section.

How to add a card to the service?

  1. Download the „Garmin Connect” mobile app on your phone.
  2. Open the app, go to “Garmin Devices”, choose your smartwatch and select “Add Device”.
  3. Accept Garmin Pay’s Terms of Use.
  4. In the app, select Garmin Pay and then select "Create Your Wallet".
  5. Create a 4-digit password.
  6. Select the card type Mastercard.
  7. Add the card by entering the required card details, such as card number, expiration date and CVV code.
  8. Accept Swedbank’s Terms of Use.
  9. Get a one-time verification code via Internet Banking (the code will be sent in to your Internet Banking user account, look for the bell notification).
  10. Enter the verification code in the „Garmin Connect” app.

Ready to use!

How to open the wallet on a device:

  1. Press and hold the action button to bring up the control menu.
  2. Tap the wallet icon.
  3. Enter the 4-digit password.

The wallet is ready for use.

How to pay with the watch?

  1. Press and hold the action button or menu on the watch, and tap the wallet icon.
  2. Select the card you want to pay with (if you have more than one payment card added in Garmin Wallet, the last used card will be set as default. To change it, swipe it down to the next card.
  3. Hold the watch over the card reader in store. It’s paid!

To open a wallet on your watch, the 4-digit password you created during the wallet setup process will be required once per 24 hours or each time you put the watch back on your wrist or turn the heart rate monitoring back on after it has been switched off.

If you fail to pay at the POS terminal:

  • Check if the terminal supports contactless payments.
  • Make sure you have activated NFC functionality on your device.
  • Ensure that the terminal detects proximity of the device, i.e. contactless indication lights switch on. Hold the device against the terminal in a different way, place the device against the terminal to ensure the NFC antenna can make a connection.
  • Check the reason of the failure on the POS terminal.

What is needed to start using Fitbit Pay service?

  1. Fitbit watch supporting contactless payment functionality.
  2. Swedbank Mastercard cards with contactless functionality switched ON.
  3. Being a user of Swedbank Internet Banking and Swedbank mobile app.
  4. Fitbit” mobile app installed and synchronized with your watch and Swedbank Mastercard contactless card registered in the Fitbit app’s wallet section.

How to add a card to the service?

  1. Download the „Fitbit” mobile app on your phone.
  2. Open the app, tap on icon in the right corner, search for your smartwatch and click on "Set up a Device".
  3. Accept Fitbit Pay’s Terms of Use.
  4. In the app select “Wallet” icon and click on “Get started”.
  5. Create a 4-digit password.
  6. Add the card by entering the required card details, such as card number, expiration date and CVV code.
  7. Accept Swedbank’s Terms of Use.
  8. Get a one-time verification code via Internet Banking (the code will be sent in to your Internet Banking user account, look for the bell notification).
  9. Enter the verification code in the „Fitbit” app.

Ready to use!

  1. A “Xiaomi” smart band supporting contactless payment functionality.
  2. Swedbank Mastercard card with contactless functionality switched on.
  3. Access to Swedbank Internet Banking.
  4. „Xiaomi Wear Lite” app for iOS users, “Xiaomi Wear” app for Android users, or “Mi Fit” app installed and synchronized with your band, and Swedbank Mastercard contactless card registered in the Xiaomi Pay app.

How to add a card to the service?

  1. Download the „Xiaomi Wear Lite” app for iOS users, “Xiaomi Wear” app for Android users, or “Mi Fit” app on your phone.
  2. Open the app, create “Xiaomi” account, choose your smart band, and pair it with app.
  3. In the app in the section “Profile”, select “Xiaomi Pay” and then add your card to it.
  4. Enter the card details needed.
  5. Accept all the necessary terms and conditions and proceed further.
  6. Get a one-time verification code. NB! “Xiaomi Pay” app will say that the code will be send via an SMS. But be alert – you will receive the code via Internet Banking under bell notifications. Do not be surprised about this workaround and check your Internet bank messages to proceed.

Ready to use!

How to pay with the band?

  1. Unlock band, swipe left, and choose the card you would like to pay with.
  2. Tap on arrow icon. A timer will appear counting down 60 seconds for you to make the payment.
  3. Hold the watch over the card reader. And that’s it – payment’s done.

If you fail to pay at the POS terminal:

  • Check if the terminal supports contactless payments.
  • Ensure that the terminal detects proximity of the band, i.e. contactless indication lights switch on. Hold the band against the terminal in a different way, place the band against the terminal to ensure the NFC antenna can make a connection.
  • Check the reason of the failure on the POS terminal.

What is needed to start using Zepp Pay service?

  1. A Zepp Pay smartwatch that supports the contactless payment feature. Check out the list of smartwatches;
  2. A Mastercard card issued by Swedbank;
  3. Being a user of Swedbank Internet Banking and Swedbank mobile app.
  4. Have the Zepp Pay mobile app installed and synchronized with your watch, and Swedbank Mastercard contactless card registered in the Zepp Pay app’s wallet section

Download the Zepp Pay mobile app and follow the instructions in the app.

  1. Unlock the screen.
  2. Hold the watch over the card reader in a store. It’s paid!

If your payment at the POS terminal fails:

  1. Check if the terminal supports contactless payments.
  2. Make sure you have activated the NFC functionality on your device.
  3. Ensure that the terminal detects the proximity of the device, i.e. contactless indication lights switch on. Hold the device against the terminal in a different way, place the device against the terminal to ensure the NFC antenna can make a connection.
  4. Check the reason of the failure on the POS terminal.
