Swedbank co-creation space is a place where the bank opens its doors to innovative ideas, enterprising people and new technologies, becoming a bridge that connects them with experience and access to international markets.
The aims of Swedbank co-creation space are to actively help industry start-ups grow, as well as gain valuable contacts, knowledge and practical support. It is a co-working and event space that supports the development of both new ideas and the entire industry, especially within the field of financial technologies.
It has hosted two fintech accelerators managed by our partners Startup Wise Guys and is home to 15+ companies and community partners actively working on innovative solutions.
Swedbank co-creation space is home to many different events, including SeedTalks - a monthly meetup series aiming to bring together the forces of the Baltic finance, technology and startup communities. Once a month, anyone interested in technology, startups and banking is invited to join us and dig deeper into specific topics related to innovations.

Swedbank co-creation space, an innovation space powered by Swedbank, aims to actively support early and seed stage start-up teams, facilitating the development of new, potentially groundbreaking ideas and the entire startup ecosystem.
For start-ups that pass the selection process, Swedbank offers an opportunity to use Swedbank co-creation space as a work space for business development for free, as well as to take advantage of the additional amenities and benefits offered by the Swedbank co-creation space and Swedbank.
Swedbank co-creation space offers an opportunity to use the space as a work environment for early stage technology start-ups, mainly before the first major fundraising, and for small teams. Priority is given to new fintech start-ups, and secondary to companies from other related sectors.

For the first-ever Latvian fintech report, Swedbank Latvia partnered with the Latvian Startup association for an in-depth survey of active companies in Latvia, with the aim to take the temperature of the current fintech landscape. Survey respondents represent 40% of all currently active fintech startups registered in Latvia, offering a deeper view into the current trends of the fintech ecosystem.
