Confirm several payments with a single code

  • Prepare and save all the payments you need to make
  • In the “Payment list”, execute all payments with a single code
Convenient to use for salary payments, paying invoices and other regular payments. Go to “Payment list”

Payment templates – pay without entering recipient details

When you make recurring payments, use “My defined payments” in which case you’ll only need to enter the payment amount:

  • Create templates right in the “My defined payments” section
  • After you make a domestic, international or salary payment, add it to the defined payments
If the payment amount is constant, set up a Standing Order Create a new payment template

For easier day-to-day usage of Internet Banking:

  • Order and receive e-invoices via Internet Banking free of charge
  • Enable automatic payment of e-invoices to have them always paid on time*
  • Get free notifications on the Internet Banking site about the status of e-invoices received
  • Set up notifications to e-mail or as SMS with the “Quick notifications” service

* Activating the service is free of charge, however the current price list applies to the automatic payments.

Recognize your accounts by giving them customized names

If the company has more than one account, each account can be named in the section “Account names”. This will allow immediately recognizing the account and avoiding mistakes in transactions.

Set your primary account or company

If you have several accounts, the default or primary account shown when making a payment can be set in the “General settings” section.

There you can also set the primary company.

No need to rush to the bank – get the Business Debit Card delivered by post

Request delivery of the card within Latvia by post free of charge and be sure it’s safe:

  • The card is sent inactive and separately from PIN (for renewed cards, the PIN stays the same)
  • The card can be activated via Internet Banking only by the company’s representative with full-access rights

Create shortcuts to frequently used sections

You can add up to 10 sections to your shortcuts to improve your day-to-day Internet Banking experience. If you want to add a specific section, you can do so by clicking “Add page to shortcuts” in the upper left side of the menu.

Get important updates about transactions in your account to phone or e-mail

With the Quick Notifications, get immediate information about:

  • Incoming/outgoing transactions
  • Payments
  • Account balance
  • Account balance upon request

It is not possible to authorize or make payments from Swedbank on other web pages using Internet Explorer.
