Audit report ordering

An auditor report is a reference submitted to the auditor for auditing the company's annual report. If a reference from both Swedbank AS and Swedbank Līzings SIA is required for audit purposes, separate references must be requested. As a result, you will receive a reference separately from Swedbank AS and Swedbank Līzings SIA if you have requested the auditor report from both companies.

The information to be included in a standard audit reference and the information circulation procedure is available on the website of the Finance Latvia Association at Finance Latvia under “Audit certificates”.

Information on the account balance at the end of the period can be obtained:

• quickly, conveniently and free of charge by downloading the information on the Internet Banking site after selecting the "Account balance" section.
• by submitting a request for a report, which will be prepared by a bank representative for a fee.

The preparation of the auditor report is a paid service, for which we will charge a fee from the company's fee account according to our Price List. The preparation of the report takes up to 10 business days under the standard procedure, or 2 business days in urgent cases.

If you do not have access our Internet Banking, you can send your request for the auditor report by email to izzina_auditoram@swedbank.lv; the request must be signed by an authorized signatory with a secure electronic signature and include the following information:

• name of the company to be audited;
• registration number;
• audit period;
• details necessary;
• your consent to the fee.
