User rights and limits

Request changes in the agreement limits on business days, 09:00‒17:00 by writing us in the chat, sending us the Internet Banking message or calling us on 67 444 444.

User rights

You can add additional Internet Banking users and choose limited or full-access mode rights for each of user.

Important: This functionality is available only with Smart-ID or eID authentication tools!

You can manage changes in the agreement with Smart-ID Basic or eParaksts Mobile if the monthly limit in the remote banking agreement does not exceed 100,000 euros. If the monthly limit in the agreement exceeds 100,000 euros, the changes can only be signed with e-ID, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.

Depending on your status in the company you will have the administration feature added automatically or you will have to enable it at a branch.

If you have sole signatory powers indicated in the Register of Enterprises, then the user administration feature will be enabled in Internet Banking automatically.

If you don’t have sole signatory powers indicated in the Register of Enterprises, then the user administration feature can be enabled by all the authorized signatories visiting a branch.

From 23.03.2021 Swedbank Internet Bank and Banklink is no longer available using Internet Explorer browser.

It is not possible to authorize or make payments from Swedbank on other web pages using Internet Explorer.
