Apply for an account for corporate customers

Account opening will start after filling out the application. You will receive a text message from the bank with an invitation to visit a branch to sign the necessary documents as soon as they are ready.

About the company

For the time being, account opening for non-resident corporate entities not registered in Estonia or Lithuania is suspended indefinitely.
In support for growth of our new clients, one business card will be provided without issuance or annual fee during the first year.

Business debit card for companies

The business card is handy both in paying for business trips and for making everyday purchases for the needs of the company.
As much as 85% of our new customers opt for the business debit card and actively use it.
As soon as the card's ready, you will receive a text message to the company's specified mobile phone number with an invitation to collect the card at the branch you've selected as the place to sign the account opening documents.

Place of signing the documents

Completely remote account opening, unfortunately, is not yet available but we're working on it.
Please select a branch where it would be most convenient for you to sign the documents.
Anything that will let us make your everyday life better.
As the last step, we also have a duty to ask about the beneficial owners in the light of the requirements of the law which are binding on all banks in Latvia.

Next steps:

  • After receiving the invitation text message from the bank, we’ll wait for the company’s authorized signatory at the branch for the first meeting to get acquainted and sign the documents necessary for opening the account. Schedule some 30 minutes of your time for this.
  • Make sure you have your passport or eID card with you!

According to legislation laying down requirements for prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing and other legal regulations, a customer is required, on mandatory basis, to fill out the customer questionnaire upon entering into business relationship with the bank. The customer questionnaire may be filled out at any branch by the authorized signatory of the company. Business relationship with the customer is commenced only after evaluation of the questionnaire. Account opening may take up to 5 working days.
