As a precondition to applying for the financing, the corporate customer must have been carrying out business activities for at least 12 months.

  4. If necessary, register the collateral and procure insurance.

Important! After signing the agreement, the borrower has 90 days to submit a document proving the transfer of the loan amount for the purchase and/or installation of solar panels, wind turbines or heat pumps.

Swedbank and development financial institution ALTUM have signed a cooperation agreement on implementing a new state support financial instrument — portfolio guarantee.

The Portfolio Guarantee Programme is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises, providing access to finance in case of insufficient collateral.

Conditions for granting the finance:

  • A loan without collateral up to 70,000 EUR
