Visiting a branch

We advise to book a meeting in advance. One hour before the meeting you will receive an SMS with a code.

All our branches are accessible for wheelchair users. Some branches have automated doors (can be opened by pressing a button). Branches with automated doors are listed under "Contacts, branches, ATMs - Swedbank".

After entering a branch, go to the queue machine and enter the code you received in SMS. You can plug in headphones into the machine or press “Accessibility” button to get audio instructions. If you can’t find or don’t understand some information, you can press the “Assistant needed” button located in front of the queue machine, and our consultant will assist you.

ATM

Most ATMs are positioned to be accessible to wheelchair users and the ATM screen is at accessible height.

A list of accessible ATMs is available in the "Contacts, branches, ATMs - Swedbank" section under "ATMs".

ATMs are also equipped with the contactless (NFC) functionality. To withdraw cash or use another service at a contactless ATM, the customer must tap their contactless payment card, smartphone, or smartwatch with the contactless payment feature enabled and enter the card's PIN code.

Supporting persons

A customer may be accompanied at the bank by an assistant of their choosing. The assistant will need to present their identification document and complete a special form.

Self service area

All our branches have a self-service area for using Internet Banking on height-adjustable tables.
