In our communication and documents, we use simple and user-friendly language, also known as B2 level language.

Customer service in a branch

If necessary, a customer may be accompanied at the bank by an assistant of their choosing. The assistant will need to present their identification document and complete a special form. A supporting person can also be assigned to assist the customer in decision-making and using banking services.

С помощью Internet Explorer невозможно авторизоваться или осуществлять платежи через Swedbank на сторонних веб-страницах.

From 23.03.2021 Swedbank Internet Bank and Banklink is no longer available using Internet Explorer browser.

It is not possible to authorize or make payments from Swedbank on other web pages using Internet Explorer.
