To receive the loan, you have to file to the bank the following documents:

• loan application (bank’s form, which is available here on the website or at any Swedbank branch office);
• a copy of the document that certifies the title to the pledged property;
• regarding income – a statement from the State Revenue Service, if the loan amount is equal to or exceeds 100 minimum monthly salaries in Latvia. The income has to be transferred into an account with Swedbank.

To receive the loan, also a real property valuation will be required. In case of construction or renovation: cost estimate, construction design and building permit.
If any other documents are required, you will be notified by a financial consultant from the bank.
