IYTC Card

For young people (residents) aged from 16 to 25 (inclusive), Swedbank offers the IYTC card (International Youth Travel Card), which combines all the features of IYTC identification card and the Visa Classic international payment card.

The IYTC is an internationally recognized identification card enabling young people to get discounts and advantages during travel. Cardholders are entitled to discounts on transportation, accommodation, museum, cultural establishment, sports and entertainment location visits in 106 countries of the world.

The latest information about discounts is available on the Internet at www.isic.lv (discounts in Latvia) and www.isic.org.

Only Swedbank IYTC cardholders can:

• to take advantage of special offers and discounts from Swedbank’s youth programme OPEN and take part in contests (for more, check www.open.lv).

Swedbank’s IYTC cardholders can use all the opportunities that the Visa Classic card offers:

• pay for goods and services at various retail location worldwide free of charge;
• use the card for making payments on the Internet,
• withdraw cash from ATMs all over the world.

• In Swedbank ATMs:
  • make transfers and exchange currencies between the customer’s accounts with the bank;
  • top up O Karte pay-as-you-go account and pay LMT, Tele2 and other bills;
  • check and print out the account balance;
  • print out statements on the last 5 transactions in the account;
  • withdraw cash;
  • quickly deposit cash to the account using Cash Deposit Machines.

• Standard limits on the IYTC (for a period of the customer’s choice – a daily, a weekly or a monthly limit) up to:
  • LVL 500 on purchases;
  • LVL 500 on cash withdrawal;
  • LVL 500 on paying bills via ATM.
