OPEN VISA Electron is a Swedbank payment card for teenagers who are 15 years old or less.
OPEN VISA Electron allows:

buying goods and services at various points of sale in Latvia and abroad with no commission fee;
- withdrawing cash from ATMs with the VISA Electron logo in Latvia and abroad;
- In Swedbank ATMs:

to withdraw cash;
- quickly deposit cash to the account using Cash Deposit Machines;
- to make transfers and exchange currencies in the customer’s accounts with the bank;
- to top up O Karte pay-as-you-go account and pay LMT, Tele2 and other bills;
- to print out the account balance;
- to print out statements on the last 5 transactions in the account;
- to take advantage of special offers and discounts from Swedbank youth programme OPEN and take part in contests on www.open.lv.
The card can be used to carry out transactions for a total amount of funds available in the account – the amount of money that has been credited to it.
No issuance or annual fees apply for the OPEN VISA Electron card.
The card is linked to the current account held by the teenager or his or her parents/legal guardians, with a possibility to fix certain card spending limits for a period of the client’s choice – a day, a week or a month.
Standard limits for OPEN VISA Electron card (for a period of the customer’s choice – a daily, a weekly or a monthly limit) up to:
- LVL 100 on purchases;
- LVL 100 on cash withdrawal;
- LVL 100 on paying bills via ATM.
