VISA Gold is an international payment card for both private and legal entities that have opened an account with Swedbank. VISA Gold is more prestigious than Visa Classic or Visa Business Card, consequently the issuance of this card is the Bank's testimony of a stable, long-term and reliable co-operation between the customer and the Bank. VISA Gold is directly linked to the current account with Lat as the basic currency.

VISA Gold can be used by the customer to make payments at various points of sale, in the Internet, at hotels, car rental companies, and withdraw cash from ATMs displaying the VISA symbol throughout the world.

Pay for goods and services at various points of sale throughout the world,
Use the card to pay:
- in the Internet,
- book hotels,
- conference and exhibition membership fees,
- for car rental services.
Withdraw cash from ATMs throughout the world,
Withdraw cash from banks throughout the world
Transactions using Swedbank ATMs:
- withdraw cash,
- quickly deposit cash to the account using Cash Deposit Machines,
- make transfers and currency conversion between customer's accounts with the Bank,
- pay bills from LMT, Tele2, Lattelecom, Latvenergo and reload your OKarte telephone card,
- print out account statements,
- print out statements for the last 5 transactions on the account.
Standard limits for the card (for a selected period – day, week, month) up to:
- 1000 LVL for purchases
- 2000 LVL for cash withdrawal
- 1000 LVL bill payments at ATMs
Link an additional card to the account to be used for transactions within the per-card limit set by the customer and the limits of the related accounts.

To receive the card, you have to::

Open a Salary Account or Private Account with Swedbank, if you are a private individual,
Sign a Card Usage Agreement with the Bank.
