22.	Swedbank sold SIXT car rental franchise

Swedbank Autopargi Juhtimise AS sold car rental company SIXT busines franchise to Latvian company SIA Transporent. The transaction includes the entire Baltic SIXT network.

Swedbank acting Corporate Banking Director Karin Lamp said that SIXT franchice is sold together with its franchise rights and related obligations. Starting from June 22, 2010 SIXT car rental services are carried out in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania by the Latvian company SIA Transporent and its subsidiaries in Estonia and Lithuania.

"Transfer of the short-term car renatal business franchice is due to the bank's desire to focus on their core business," said Lamp.

There will be no changes introduced to the Swedbank Autopargi Juhtimise AS full-service lease agreements related to the transfer of franchice. More information is available from fleet customer service number: 888 7799.
