Swedbank Ieguldījumu Pārvaldes Sabiedrība AS is an investment management company that boasts the longest track record in this field in Latvia. Swedbank Ieguldījumu Pārvaldes Sabiedrība AS is a subsidiary of Swedbank Robur based in Sweden.

In terms of assets under management, we are Latvia’s biggest state-funded pension scheme 2nd pillar asset management company. We manage 2nd and 3rd pillar pension plans. As of 1 January 2012, we had a total of 510 million euros in assets under our management.

In managing assets, we work closely with Swedbank Robur, a fully-owned subsidiary of Swedbank. Swedbank Robur is one of Europe’s highest-valued asset management companies active since 1967. Swedbank Robur manages approximately 70 billion euros and employs around 300 people. Lipper, an international analytical services company, has named Swedbank Robur as the best fund management company in the Nordic region for three consecutive years, while in 2011 Swedbank Robur investment funds were recognized as the best ones in a number of investment categories.
