The "My Property Tax" section was developed in cooperation with ZZ Dats SIA, with an aim of ensuring all Swedbank internet bank users access to the e-service webportal www.epakalpojumi.lv

In the "My Real Estate Tax" section you can: 

• Receive current information regarding the your property taxes to local municipalities
• Make property (it must be noted, that property tax accounts in municipalities will only be opened if the individuals property in the given municipality is taxable)
• View and print payment announcements concering your real property
• Make tax payments for other real and legal persons' real property. By using this service, it is possible to apply to receive payment announcements electronically, and to ensure the ability to communicate with the selected municipalities about property tax questions.
