Tonight scheduled upgrading of Swedbank IT systems takes place, card services may be affected

During the night from 9 May to 10 May, Swedbank IT systems will undergo scheduled upgrading. Card services may be affected by disruption up to 20 minutes long between 04:00 and 06:00 hours.

The time of upgrade has been chosen with a view to minimizing the possibility of inconvenience to customers of the bank. Swedbank apologies in advance to clients for any possible inconveniences caused.

Upgrade works are carried out on a regular basis as part of continuously developing Swedbank’s IT system and delivering state-of-the-art solutions to Swedbank customers.
