E-billing

E-billing is a service allowing to electronically receive the bills issued by companies in your mailbox with Internet banking site. This service is offered in co-operation with the A/S Itella Information.

Upon receipt of an e-bill, you may view it in an electronic format and, if you wish, to immediately pay them. Once signed up for e-bills, you will not receive your bills in a paper-based format by mail as of the month when the e-billing takes effect (e-bills take effect as of the first date of the following month).

Electronic format of bills is customer-friendly and secure, you may view and print out your e-bills at any time. E-bills received at the Internet banking site are available for 6 months since their receipt unless otherwise stipulated by the company.

You can sign up for e-bills in the section E-services/ e-bills/ e-bill applications by clicking the button Apply/ Edit data. By applying for e-bills you will be connected to the www.rekini.lv, electronic payment system of www.rekini.lv of the A/S Itella Information functions as an intermediary among companies, which issue bills for services rendered, and customers who use services rendered by the companies and pay for them.

For e-bills, a confirmation/refusal letter is sent to the customer to the indicated e-mail address.

You can apply to receive electronic bills from several companies (the full list of companies is available here or www.rekini.lv), for example, Latvijas Mobilais Telefons, Tele2, Swedbank Lizings etc..

E-bills are convenient as

• you can view and pay your bills whenever and wherever you choose to; all you need is a computer with an Internet connection to connect to the Internet banking site;
• to pay bills you do not have to fill in any payment orders anymore, just click on the button "Pay";
• before making any payment you have the opportunity to change the payment number and date;
• in any case you may view the bill in the e-bills section, while payment may be effected at your discretion via the Internet banking site, or Telephone Bank by using the Direct Debit.

E-bills provide you with the possibility

• to store all bills in one place - your mailbox with Internet banking site;
• to archive them if you wish so;
• to electronically store your bills on data storage media at your discretion if you wish so;
• to view your e-bills at the Internet banking site within 6 months following their sending unless the company has stipulated otherwise.

E-bills are cheaper

• ordering and receipt of e-bills to your mailbox with Internet banking site is free of charge.
