Internet banking for business customers is the most recent remote banking product of Swedbank that still awaits extensive changes and improvements in the future. Sections of Internet banking for business customers enable the user to perform standard payment functions - preparing and effecting payments. It also provides an on-line access to all information on current accounts: account statements, balances, reserved amounts, review of current/pending transactions. User access to the programme is registered in the bank's system, which defines also the user profile-operational mode when signing the Agreement on Remote Banking Services with the bank.

For Internet banking for business customers there are two ways for effecting payments available:
Basic tariff - subscription to the Internet banking site is free of charge, fees for transfers are the same as for payments effected at the branches of the bank. This tariff is advantageous for companies with a relatively small monthly number of payments and using the programme mainly to view the account balance and account statement.
Active tariff - there is a monthly Internet banking site subscription fee defined, however, the transfer fees are reduced (same as for payments in Swedbank Internet Banking). The subscription fee may vary from LVL 3 to the maximum of LVL 9, depending on the number of registered users - one user = LVL 3. The subscription fee is charged for no more than three users. This tariff is advantageous for those who not only check the account information but use Internet banking for business customers to perform a number of transfers.
