Mobilly electronic money account can only be recharged via SMS. The service is available to users of SMS banking.

- While recharging prepaid cards via SMS please take SMS banking limits into account. Default limits are 25 LVL per day and 50 LVL per month. If current limits are not sufficient you can visit any branch of Swedbank Latvia to review them.
- All amounts are indicated in LVL and include 21% VAT.
- One user of the SMS banking service may only recharge prepaid cards no more than 5 times a day.

What if SMS are not being received?
In case you have concluded a Mobile bank agreement but the messages are not being received by you, we kindly ask you to check the settings for your agreement. You can do that on your Internet banking page by choosing "Day to day banking -> Mobile bank - SMS". Please check the phone number, mobile operator network and the status that you have displayed on the agreement page. Please also check your alert settings in the lower part of the screen and make sure they are set correctly.
If the number is incorrect you can change it by pressing "Change mobile phone" , then sending an activation SMS with text ON to a Mobile bank service number depending on your mobile network:

Sending such a message will also update information about your mobile network and change the status of the service to active.
While in the alert tab of your agreement, please pay attention to limitations of time, amounts and currency.
If all the agreement settings are correct and you are convinced that you've been within the network of your mobile service provider all time, as well as the phone was working as usually, without interruption, we kindly suggest you call Telephonebank +371 67 444 444.
If you are not yet a user of Mobile bank, and only considering the possibilities to become one, you can conclude the Mobile Bank agreement and activate the service on your Internet banking page by choosing "Day to day banking -> Mobile bank - SMS". It is important to activate the service afterwards by sending an SMS with text ON to a Mobile bank number depending on your mobile operator.
Security of the service
In order to ensure safety of the customers Swedbank implemented certain limits for topping up prepaid cards via SMS. These limits will help you secure your property in case of losing the mobile telephone.
During one day a user of Mobile bank can do no more than 5 prepaid card recharges from his telephone. Additionally we offer limitations for top up amounts. By default the daily limit is 25 LVL and monthly limit is 50 LVL. In case these limits are not sufficient for you, please visit any of Swedbank Latvia branches to review them.
