Bank's security solutions

Internet banking user identification

  • User number: a combination of 6 or 7 digits with which you identify yourself for Internet banking. A password and a code card, security token, or e-signature is linked to your user number.
  • Password - initially, at least a six-digit combination provided by the bank when concluding the agreement. When logging-on for the first time, you will be offered to change the password; however, you can do it at any time during Internet banking sessions.
  • Code Card – a plastic card with 72 (less codes on older cards) six-digit codes. Every time you log-on to the Internet banking site, you will be asked to enter a code provided on the card.
  • Security token – a device that generates single passwords.

User rights

In our Internet banking facility, you can use a number of accounts or select a single account to be used. One and the same account may be used by a number of users. You can set the use mode for every user and account, limiting the rights of users, e.g. only permitting viewing the account information, whereas payments cannot be made.

User limits

You can set the daily and monthly limits individually for every user and account. Choose daily and monthly limits that suit the needs of you and/or your company.

Call-approval limits

You can set limits for call-approvals for outgoing payments. If it is exceeded, a bank's employee will call the specified contact person and ask for an approval of the payment and its details. Alternatively, your company's representative can call the bank's number and approve the payment upon authorisation. Additional approval of the payment will be made by phone. It means that the bank will not execute any payments that exceed the approval limits without an approval of the client.

The bank will call you back on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00. If the employee fails to contact the client, they will try again during the banking day; if they fail, they will try on the next day. If the client is not reached by phone, the payment will be cancelled.

Use the options provided by the Mobile Banking

Apply for text-messages for exceeding outgoing payments, and you will receive a text alert every time when an outgoing payment exceeds the limit set by you. This way, you will be always up-to-date with the finances of you/your company at any place and time just by one text message.

Restrictions on time of using

You can set restrictions on the time of validity of your passwords for Internet banking sessions. Time restrictions protect you in the cases when you have forgotten to log off from the Internet banking site when leaving the computer. If you do not perform any activities on the Internet banking site for 15 minutes, you will be prompted to enter the password to continue.

You can close the Internet banking connection at any time by clicking on Exit and closing the browser.

Blocking a user if an incorrect password has been entered

If an incorrect password has been entered for five times when logging on to the Internet banking site, the access to it will be blocked.
