5 To have the renewed card delivered by post, select that option the "Day to day banking" / "My cards" section of the Internet Banking site at least one month before expiry date of the current card.
6 If handling the complaint involves obtaining proof of transactions, then a fee will be charged in the amount of the actual cost of the service.
