1 No issuance fee for the first card in case of applying on www.open.lv.

2 Also in cases when the card is lost, stolen, damaged, or produced to replace the existing card on the client's initiative.

3 Production and delivery of card within 4 business hours to Kipsala branch (Riga, Balasta dambis 1a) or any other Swedbank branch, subject to prior arrangement about the place and time of receiving the card.

5 Based on transactions shown in the account statement of the calendar month.

6 Limited to banks that provide that kind of service.

7 To have the renewed card delivered by post, select that option the "Day to day banking" / "My cards" section of the Internet Banking site at least one month before expiry date of the current card.

8 If handling the complaint involves obtaining proof of transactions, then a fee will be charged in the amount of the actual cost of the service.
