Effective from 27.09.2010.
1 A new account will be opened for each new deal. The commission is charged upon opening of the escrow account. This fee is covered by the customer upon mutual agreement.
2 A discount may apply to the fee when the Mortgage Loan is taken for the purchase of a home in a New Development Project and the construction of such project is financed by AS Swedbank.
3 The fee is usually paid by the initiator of changes.
The fee is applied on transfers from the escrow account in accordance with the Price List, Section 'Effecting, cancellation and investigation of payments'.
